LinkedIn Thought Leadership for B2B Teams

Your company has expertise worth sharing. Help your team share it.

Turn your company's point of view and your team's real experiences into authentic LinkedIn content, without starting from a blank page every time.

The Problem

Your team has better stories than generic AI can invent.

Your engineers solve problems customers never see. Your consultants learn lessons that only come from doing the work. Your delivery team knows what actually changes an outcome. That experience is valuable, but turning it into a good LinkedIn post takes time, confidence, and the right prompts.

LinkedTeams helps your people start with what they actually know.

Ask everyone to post more

The process stalls.

Give everyone the same AI prompt

The content starts to sound alike.

Start with real experience

Posts grounded in what your people actually know, with company context in view.

How It Works

Three layers. One connected content process.

01

Company and Role Layers

Keep every post connected to your company's point of view.

Capture your positioning, ideal customer profile, value proposition, differentiators, and voice guidelines in one place. Use website autofill to get a head start, then add role layers so each team's focus shapes the posts its people write.

Shared company context, without asking every employee to memorize a messaging document.

What it holds

  • Positioning
  • Ideal customer profile
  • Value proposition
  • Differentiators
  • Voice guidelines
  • Role layers for each team

Getting started

  • Website autofill for a first draft
  • Admin review and refinement

02

Personal Layer

Start with the experience only your people can share.

Each team member answers five story prompts once, covering their role, hard lessons, surprising truths, real outcomes, and topics they want to avoid. LinkedTeams uses these details to create a more relevant starting point for future posts.

Capture the human experience behind the expertise.

Five story anchors, answered once

  1. Role and department
  2. A hard lesson or almost-quit moment
  3. An inside surprise or counter-intuitive truth
  4. A real client win or outcome
  5. Topics that are off-limits

03

The 2-Minute Post Studio

Turn a topic into a post you can make your own.

Generate strategic angles tailored to the company, role, and person. Draft a post, then refine the hook, cut fluff, add tactical detail, try a contrarian angle, or change the format. Review it, make it yours, and publish when ready.

A faster path from an idea to a ready-to-publish draft. Actual writing time varies with the topic and amount of editing.

Strategic angles

  • Contrarian takes
  • Tactical breakdowns
  • War stories
  • Industry myth-busters

One-click refinements

  • Stronger Hook
  • Cut the Fluff
  • Add Tactical Nuance
  • Punchier Ending
  • More Vulnerable
  • Counter-Intuitive Angle
  • Challenger Stance
  • Before & After
  • Framework Style

Formatting

  • Skim
  • Paragraph
Publishing and Visibility

Make publishing easier. Keep the human in control.

Copy a finished post into LinkedIn or connect your account for direct publishing. Members can track drafts and published posts, while admins can see onboarding progress and how many posts the team has published.

For team members

  • Copy a finished post, or open it straight in LinkedIn to publish
  • Keep drafts and published posts together in the Content Library

For admins

  • Invite team members to the workspace
  • See who has completed onboarding
  • See how many posts the team has published
  • Keep company context current in the Company Layer

What it does not do yet: LinkedTeams currently tracks publishing activity, not LinkedIn impressions or engagement analytics. It does not automatically schedule posts.

The Difference

More than a prompt. More personal than a company template.

Experience-led content

Start with real lessons, stories, and outcomes from the people doing the work.

Company alignment, individual perspectives

Keep company positioning in view without forcing every contributor into the same voice.

A lightweight workflow

Capture context once, generate and refine posts, and publish when ready.

Use Cases

Built for B2B teams with something real to say.

Specialist service firms

Help subject-matter experts share what they know without making content creation a second job.

Recruiting and professional services teams

Turn market observations, role-specific expertise, and practical lessons into original perspectives.

LinkedTeams is best suited to teams that want individual contributors to share useful expertise on LinkedIn, with enough company context to stay aligned.

The Demo

How the demo works

Explore a fictional company with its own team, profiles and posts before you set up your own.

  1. Create an account and confirm your email.
  2. Pick the industry closest to yours: consulting, recruitment, outsourcing or agency.
  3. Explore the sample company for 7 days and use a limited number of AI actions to draft or rewrite a post.
  4. Think it fits your team? Apply for Founding Partner access from inside the app.

Good fit

  • B2B teams with several potential contributors
  • A founder or marketing lead who owns visibility
  • Valuable expertise that is not consistently making it into posts
  • A desire to create original content rather than only distribute company updates

Probably not a fit yet

  • Solo creators looking for a personal writing assistant
  • Teams whose main need is automated scheduling
  • Buyers who need LinkedIn impression analytics and attribution
Founding Partners

Now welcoming a small Founding Partner cohort.

LinkedTeams is opening access to a small number of early B2B teams. Founding Partners use it in their real content workflows and help shape the product through candid feedback.

This is a selective early access group, not a public self-serve plan. We review each team to make sure the product and our support are a strong fit.

What happens next

  1. Try the demo with a sample company to see how the workflow fits your team.
  2. Apply for workspace activation from inside the app.
  3. We review each application personally and reply by email.
  4. Approved teams get their own workspace, separate from the demo.
  5. The workspace owner sets up company context and invites team members.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does LinkedTeams write posts automatically?

It generates draft posts and suggested angles based on company context and member-provided experiences. Members review, refine, and decide what to publish.

How do we get a workspace for our own team?

Try the demo first, then apply for workspace activation from inside the app. We review each application personally. Approved teams get their own workspace, and the workspace owner can invite team members.

Can we buy a plan today?

Not yet. LinkedTeams is currently working closely with a small Founding Partner cohort, and paid plans are not publicly available. Questions about access are welcome at hello@linkedteams.co.

Do we need to enter company messaging manually?

The Company Layer can use website autofill to create a starting point, which an admin can review and refine.

Do team members need to answer questions for every post?

No. Personal Layer is built from five onboarding story anchors answered once. Members can still add context and refine individual drafts.

Can we schedule posts in advance?

LinkedTeams does not currently provide automated scheduling. When a post is ready, you copy it or open it in LinkedIn and publish it yourself.

Does LinkedTeams track impressions and engagement?

The admin dashboard currently tracks onboarding completion and published-post counts, not LinkedIn impressions or engagement analytics.

Will all posts sound exactly like each employee?

The product uses each person's supplied stories and context to make drafts more specific. Each member should still review and edit the post.
