1. Who we are
LinkedTeams ("we", "us") is based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines. We run the LinkedTeams app at app.linkedteams.co, which helps B2B teams turn their company's positioning and their people's real experience into LinkedIn content.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the app, its interactive demo and the emails it sends, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@linkedteams.co.
2. Information we collect
Account information. Your email address and password when you sign up. Passwords are stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider and we cannot see them. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
What you write in LinkedTeams. Your company profile (Company DNA), your personal answers and writing samples (Personal DNA), content plans, and the posts you draft or save. If you are a workspace admin, also the names, email addresses, departments and job titles of the people you invite.
Demo information. The industry you choose, when your demo started and ends, and how many AI actions you have used. The sample companies, people and posts in the demo are fictional.
Usage information. A small set of product events, such as signing up, entering the demo, opening the Company DNA or Personal DNA pages, completing an AI action, clicking to activate a workspace, and sending or accepting invites. These events never contain the text of your posts.
LinkedIn connection. If you choose to connect LinkedIn, an authorisation that lets us publish a post only when you ask us to. This authorisation is held by our integration provider, Nango.
Website autofill. If you ask us to prefill your Company DNA from a website, we read the public pages of the address you give us.
Your choices and messages. Whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, and any messages you send us.
Technical information. Our hosting providers keep standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to keep the service running and secure.
Cookies and browser storage. The app uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember which workspace you last opened. We do not use advertising cookies.
Website analytics. On our website (linkedteams.co, not the app), we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Only if you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website: the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search engine, a referring site or a campaign link), your approximate location, your device and browser type, and clicks on buttons such as "Start Free Demo". Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga for this purpose. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page of the website.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the service: create your account, run your workspace or demo, and generate profiles, plans and posts.
- To send service emails: email confirmation, password resets, invitation messages, and a reminder before your demo ends.
- To keep the service safe and fair, including usage limits on AI actions and preventing misuse of demos.
- To understand, in aggregate, which features and industries people use, so we can improve LinkedTeams.
- To measure, in aggregate, how visitors find and use our website, if you accept analytics cookies.
- To review and respond to activation requests and to anything you send us.
- To send occasional news and tips, only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving a secure service, your consent (for marketing emails and website analytics cookies), and compliance with the law.
4. How AI is used
When you or your admin generate a profile, a plan or a post, we send the relevant answers and company information to an AI model through Lovable's AI service. The models in use today are provided by Google. They process the information to return a result. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models of our own.
AI output can be inaccurate. Please review everything before you publish it.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the people and providers below, and only as needed to run LinkedTeams.

Inside a workspace. The workspace admin can see team members' profiles, answers and saved posts. Team members can see the Company DNA and their own records. Your demo is visible only to you.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
6. International transfers
Our providers may store or process information outside the Philippines, including in the United States. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the information they handle.
7. How long we keep information
- Demo data: your sample workspace and anything you created in it are deleted 30 days after your demo ends. We keep a small record (the industry you chose, the demo dates and the number of AI actions used) so the same account cannot start a new demo, and for overall statistics.
- Account and workspace content: kept while your account is active, until you or your workspace admin delete it, or until you ask us to delete your account.
- Usage events: unlinked from you when your account is deleted.
- Website analytics: kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Backups and logs: may persist for a short period in our providers' systems before they are overwritten.
8. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to object to its processing, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to claim damages. People in other countries may have similar rights under their local laws.
To use any of these rights, including deleting your account, email hello@linkedteams.co from the email address on your account. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines or to the data protection authority where you live.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. Service emails, such as password resets, are part of running your account.
9. Security
Information is encrypted in transit. Access inside the app is limited by workspace, so each person sees only what their role allows, and our own access is limited to what we need to support you. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
LinkedTeams is a business service for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top when we change this policy. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
