1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and LinkedTeams, based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines. They apply when you create an account or use the LinkedTeams app, including its interactive demo. If you use LinkedTeams for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The service
LinkedTeams helps B2B teams turn their company's positioning and their people's real experience into LinkedIn content. It includes a Company DNA, a Personal DNA for each team member, content plans, a post writer that uses AI, and a library of drafts.
3. Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password safe. Each account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@linkedteams.co if you think someone else has used it.
4. The interactive demo
- The demo is free. It is a guided look at a fictional sample company, not a trial of LinkedTeams for your own company.
- It stays open for 7 days from your first entry and includes 6 successful AI writing actions. Signing in again does not restart it.
- After it ends you can still view the sample content, read-only, until the demo data is deleted 30 days later.
- Each person may use one demo. Creating extra accounts to get more demos is not allowed.
- The sample companies, people, results and posts are fictional. They are not customer testimonials or case studies.
- We may change or end the demo at any time.
5. Paid workspaces
You can ask to activate a real workspace for your company from inside the app. Activation is reviewed by our team. Before anything is activated, we confirm the plan, the number of members, the price and the payment terms with you in writing. A request on its own does not create a paid workspace or any obligation to pay.
Your real workspace is separate from the demo. Nothing from the demo is copied into it.
6. Your content
You own what you put into LinkedTeams and the posts you create with it. You give us permission to store, process and send that content to our service providers only as needed to provide LinkedTeams to you.
You confirm that you have the right to use the content you add, and, as a workspace admin, that you are allowed to invite the people you add and to share their details with us for that purpose.
7. AI-generated content
The post writer and profile tools use AI. Their output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to content produced for others. Review and edit everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, including making sure it is accurate and that you have the right to share any facts, names or results it mentions.
8. LinkedIn and other services
LinkedTeams is not affiliated with LinkedIn. When you post on LinkedIn, LinkedIn's own terms apply. We only publish to LinkedIn when you choose to. Features that rely on other services may change or stop working if those services change.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use LinkedTeams to:
- break any law or anyone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- create spam, misleading content, or content that impersonates someone;
- get around usage limits, or create multiple accounts to get extra demos or AI actions;
- access other people's workspaces or data, probe or test our security without our written permission, or upload harmful code;
- copy, scrape or resell the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
10. Usage limits
To keep the service reliable and affordable, AI actions are limited in the demo and subject to fair daily limits in paid workspaces. If you reach a limit, the app tells you when it resets.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using LinkedTeams and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or stays unpaid, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can. What happens to data after an account closes is set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may change LinkedTeams and these terms as the product develops. If we make a significant change to these terms, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using LinkedTeams after that, the updated terms apply.
13. No guarantees
We work hard to keep LinkedTeams useful and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise any particular result from using it, such as followers, engagement, leads or sales.
14. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, LinkedTeams is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Responsibility for misuse
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you added or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes will be handled by the courts of San Juan City, Metro Manila, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
